🟠 Mistral releases new frontier models & alternative to Claude code

They released a new Mistral 3 model and also made the edge model Ministral 3 publicly available. I've installed it via Ollama and will try chatting with it in Open WebUI to see the performance for smaller tasks & chats.

Vibe has been fun to experiment with, being able to use their cloud hosted version of Devstral 2 for free or link it up to a local model.
